Supplied to your specification — grade, thickness, width and quantity, cut and slit to your dimensions rather than sold from fixed stock sizes. Mill test certificate and certificate of conformity accompany every shipment.

Do you make parts to our drawing?
Yes — that is most of what this range is. Send the drawing or a sample and we will quote tooling and parts separately so you can see what each costs.
Machine-moulded or hand-moulded?
Machine-moulded suits standard geometry in repeat quantities. Hand-moulded is for shapes and sizes outside the tooling, usually on larger units or one-offs. We will tell you which your part falls into.
What tolerances can you hold?
To the drawing, agreed before the first article. Where a tolerance is tighter than the process holds, we say so at quotation rather than at delivery.
Are aramid versions available?
Yes, for Class F and Class H systems. The same components are made in aramid where the temperature demands it.
